Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Design and technology

Because sharing a platform with the Strada Triton, Pajero Sport outer appearance is quite similar to his brother, especially on the front. In terms of looks, Pajero Sport looks more "stylish" than the Fortuner, especially Everest. Design Pajero more "sweet" and modern, which combined a pair of muscular fenders. In addition, the Pajero fitted roof rails and foot step to facilitate female passengers climbed into the cabin. Dimensions looks more compact, but more width when compared to Everest (1788 mm), and shorter than Fortuner (1850 mm). Pajero Sport pamper riders through the meter cluster is attractively designed and equipped with back-lit meters which gives the appearance of luxury and easy to read. Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Performance

Nova Mitsubishi Triton SR

A Mitsubishi lan�a oficialmente nesta ter�a-feira (9) em Goi�nia (GO) a s�rie limitada Triton SR durante o in�cio da edi��o 2011 do Rally dos Sert�es. A picape foi apresentada inicialmente como prot�tipo no ano passado no evento e, agora, aparece na vers�o de produ��o. O ve�culo visa atender preferencialmente ao p�blico de competi��es, de acordo com a fabricante.



A Triton SR ser� conduzida pela dupla Reinaldo Varela e Eduardo Bampi, na categoria Pr� Etanol do rali. O modelo SR � baseado na L200 Triton e vem com mais detalhes de acabamento, instrumentos desenvolvidos para melhor leitura, melhor posicionamento da instrumenta��o, painel com camur�a e interior pintado de preto e cinza para melhor visualiza��o interna.



A Mitsubishi diz ainda que o ve�culo est� mais robusto. A picape vem com motor a etanol V6 de 3.5 litros, 24 v�lvulas, que desenvolve 210 cv a 5.000 rpm e torque m�ximo de 34,1 kgfm a 3.500 rpm. O carro chega � velocidade m�xima de 175 km/h.

Por�m. o destaque � o conjunto de suspens�o, independente nas quatro rodas, sendo na dianteira com bra�os triangulares, dois amortecedores hidr�ulicos regul�veis Ohlins e duas molas principais Eibach, por roda. Na traseira, h� um bra�o superior triangular e barras tensoras inferiores, dois amortecedores hidr�ulicos regul�veis Ohlins e duas molas principais Eibach, por roda.



Produzido sobre plataforma de chassi tubular de a�o carbono sem costura, com carroceria de fibra de vidro (cabine, portas, cap�, por��o frontal incorporando o p�ra-choque e laterais da ca�amba) e policarbonato (janelas laterais), a picape Triton SR vem ainda com transmiss�o manual de cinco velocidades � frente mais uma marcha � r�, embreagem de competi��o multi-disco e tra��o integral 4x4.



O sistema de freios � hidr�ulico, servo assistido, com discos ventilados nas quatro rodas e pastilhas organomet�licas. A dire��o hidr�ulica, com pinh�o e cremalheira, tem na coluna de dire��o dispositivo redutor de giro (di�metro m�nimo de giro de 11,8 metros).



Somente na cor vermelha

Segundo a montadora, a proposta � oferecer a Triton SR aos amantes de rali e off road que poder�o adquirir um diretamente da divis�o esportiva da marca e, neste momento, customizar a picape de acordo com o gosto e necessidade, a partir de uma grande s�rie de itens opcionais.



A lista vai da carroceria em fibra de carbono � instala��o de c�mera onboard, ar-condicionado, entre outros. Por�m, haver� apenas uma op��o de cor, a vermelha.
